Office Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Executive to support our daily business operations. You will coordinate administrative tasks, communicate with customers and suppliers, maintain records, and ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Handle general administrative and clerical duties.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports.
Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and meetings.
Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
Support other departments with administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Well-organised, responsible, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Service Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission equipment according to company standards.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
Diagnose and repair technical faults.
Prepare service reports after each job.
Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained.
Provide customers with basic operating guidance and technical support.
Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in servicing equipment is an advantage.
Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Possess a valid driving licence.
Able to travel when required.
Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
